StonkJournal is operated by Yevgeniy Vygodner, doing business as StonkJournal, in Wisconsin, United States. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the service.

StonkJournal is a recordkeeping and analysis tool for reviewing your own trading activity. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice; execute trades; predict markets; or recommend securities or strategies. Trading involves risk, and you remain responsible for every trading decision.

ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, violate another person’s rights, or use the service for unlawful activity. Automated access is permitted only when expressly supported or authorized.

PLANS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATION

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Current pricing, billing interval, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown at purchase. You authorize the applicable charges until cancellation. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law or stated at purchase, fees already charged are non-refundable.

YOUR CONTENT

You retain ownership of the trade records, notes, files, and other content you submit. You grant StonkJournal the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, back up, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service and deliver features you request.

AI FEATURES

AI-generated summaries and responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed against the underlying records. AI output is not financial advice and should not be treated as a prediction, signal, or substitute for professional judgment.

SERVICE CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY

Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. StonkJournal aims to keep the service available and accurate but does not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free calculations. Verify important records and keep exports appropriate to your needs.

TERMINATION AND DATA

You may stop using the service and use self-service account deletion. StonkJournal may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Export data before deletion when you want to retain a copy.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated here. StonkJournal is not responsible for trading losses, decisions based on journal metrics or AI output, indirect damages, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT
