001 // RULES + COMPLIANCE

A SCORE FOR THE PROCESS, NOT A PROMISE ABOUT THE RESULT.

Stonk Journal currently describes 10 rule types across risk, discipline, and behavior. Rules are evaluated as a trade is built, violations are flagged, and a weighted compliance score records which trades followed the plan. That score measures process adherence—even when the trade made money.

FROM A WRITTEN RULE TO A REVIEWABLE TRADE.

01 / DEFINE THE RULE

Choose the threshold or behavior that represents your actual plan for an account.

02 / EVALUATE THE TRADE

Current product copy states that compliance is checked while the trade is being built.

03 / RECORD COMPLIANCE

Weighted scoring records whether the process matched the plan, separate from P&L.

04 / REVIEW THE BREAKS

Filter the journal by rule-compliance state or the rule that was broken and look for repetition.

COMPLIANT LOSS ≠ BAD PROCESS

A trade can follow every rule and still lose. Compliance helps review whether you executed the plan; it does not certify the strategy or guarantee a profitable outcome.

TRACKER ≠ BROKER ENFORCEMENT

These rules live in the journal. They do not replace broker controls, prop-firm monitoring, or independent verification of a firm’s current loss and drawdown rules.

RISK-RULE FAQ

What kinds of risk rules are publicly documented?

The current homepage names maximum risk per trade, maximum position size, maximum daily loss, minimum risk-reward, plus broader discipline and behavior rules.

What does the compliance score mean?

It is a weighted process score showing whether a trade followed the rules you defined. It is not a profitability forecast.

Can I review only rule-breaking trades?

Yes. Current product copy says the journal can filter by rule-compliance state and by the rule that was broken.

Do these rules guarantee I will be profitable?

No. Rules help evaluate process. Markets remain uncertain, and a compliant trade can still lose.
